Organisation specializing in providing Financial Services Software Solutions is rapidly expanding and looking to hire a FICA Administrator to provide support to apply administrative processes.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to works as a team member or as an individual contributor. Required to identify deviations from standard and take corrective action to rectify. Required to apply knowledge and skills to related tasks. May be required to create various documents. Must have high level of accuracy and numeric abilities.
QUALIFYING CRITERIA
Formal Education
Matric, with Mathematics or Accounting, and general administrative / secretarial management qualification;
Experience in a banking sector will be an advantage.

Experience:
Minimum of five years in similar position or relevant administrative services in the Financial Services Industry.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• FICA / Know your clients
• Opening new accounts, changes to new accounts and maintenance of client records.
• General office administration
• Filing and office organisation
• Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, document scanning and editing
• Printing, collating and issuing of reports
• Manage the loading processes on applicable systems
• Populating and generating excel sheets
• Good understanding of Debtors
• Pastel Accounting
• Advanced MS Excel Skills
