FICA / Admin Support

Duties:
• Vetting of sales application’s in accordance with FICA guidelines;
• Chasing the sales team for outstanding documents;
• Vetting of online applications;
• Creating tickets for support to follow up with any online application queries;
• Running ICT and Match checks;
• Updating the sales tracker and sales reports;
• Orders paid recon;
• Print FICA documents for orders released;
• Releasing orders once approved;

Ideal qualifications:
• FICA background

The successful applicant must:
• Be fluent in spoken and written English;
• Have strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• Be computer literate;
• Have strong planning, organizing and time management skills;
• Be able to work independently as well as be a team player;
• Be able to multi-task effectively;
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Be self-motivated, by taking an interest in the job, and obtaining satisfaction from the achievement of a job well done;

Other:
• The candidate would be required to work 2 weekends a month – they would get 2 days during the week off in lieu
