Kendrick Recruitment are now seeking a Field Guide for a small boutique lodge situated in Hluhluwe, KZN. We are seeking a FGASA Level 1 or 2 Field Guide to fulfil this role. The candidate must have previous guiding experience and be personable, with the ability to interact with local and international guests. We are looking for someone who has a strong characters and being able to think out of the box, giving guests the best possible experience.The selected candidate must have a valid PDP - trails guiding not essential for this role. You will need to have experience in a Big 5 Game Reserve and strong leadership and admin skills as the head guide will need to manage the other guides and do allocations, stock taking of the game drive equipment etc and staff leave cycles.
