Role purpose The primary objective of this role is to look after the
retail environment where all Mobile, Gaming and Accessories are sold.
The FME will ensure that targets are met
Stock is well merchandised and training has been conducted instore
of required retail touch points.

Key Performance Areas
Monitor stock levels weekly and take remedial action
Conduct Store visits of top stores per month to achieve store sell-out targets - include action plans and key objectives identified based on store visits
Conduct Store visits Across Mobile, Nintendo and Accessory Brands in Mass Retail and Cellular Stores.
Own the best location in store to ensure product is optimally displayed to maximize sales and customer experience, through negotiation with Store Manager.
Conduct Merchandising Across Mobile, Nintendo and Accessory Brands in Mass Retail and Cellular tores.
Participate in workshops and events planned at Core office for relationship building and product training with regional managers, store managers and sales people
Weekend promotions in stores with current product
Attend Workshops and Events from Time to Time
Across Mobile, Nintendo and Accessory Brands in Mass Retail and Cellular Stores.
Implement all required training for all new product launches at Store Level. Continually train staff on current products Across Mobile, Nintendo and
Accessory Brands in Mass Retail and Cellular Stores.
Complete all required reports in accordance with set deadlines:
Contact Reports Monthly field reports Cycle planning
Time allocation reports Call Cycles
Online Platform Reports
AdHoc reports in and when required.
