Ideal Candidate would have previous field marketing management experience within the ICT sector preferably within Telecoms, Cellular or OEM environments. Candidate would live in or around Johannesburg.

Overarching Key Performance areas:
1. Manage a team of Filed marketers which are based nationally
2. Assign call cycle based on store callage database
3. Assign and manage teams tasks with the objective of attaining sell out at retail store level
4. Effectively control, report on in field activities
5. Create strategies to meet the sales objectives
6. Manage relationship between the Client and Employer
7. Staff performance management

Minimum Educational Requirements
1. Matric
2. Marketing, project management or operations qualification
3. Above average computer literacy including MS Word, Excel and Power point

Other Requirements
1. Reliable vehicle
2. Mature outlook irrespective of age
