experience in mechanical/electrical repairs
Seeking a Field Technician able to work on a variety of different automated machines.
Install, repair and troubleshoot machinery and equipment components such as coding, marking and packaging equipment
repair flow wrap machines, labelling equipment, pin markers
assist with sales as and when needed
Must have driver’s license and own transport
Min 2-4 years’ experience in technical role
N+, A+ recommended
MS office applications, CRM
Ensure support for all machines and equipment sold
Ensure technical breakdowns are address timeously
Thorough knowledge of all machines and software
Troubleshooting
Liaise with suppliers
Quote customers on repairs
On site repairs
Experience on team viewer and skype
Sales enquiries and referrals to sales reps
Prepare quotes
