Field Operations Manager - Area Sales Manager. Situated in North Riding/Honey Dew area.

This person will be responsible for half of the regions around the country and will be the link between agents and reps and the trade marketing managers. Their function is general management of agents and reps but most importantly they are key to implementation of operational strategy. There will be monthly travel, not more than 3 nights a month locally or to Cape Town. They will be required to get their hands dirty at store level and visit customers.

This person will need experience in sales, preferably in non-foods and as well as with merchandising. Management experience will also be required as part of the responsibility would be to managed 4 sales representatives as well as 2 merchandisers.
