We are looking for a Field/Project Manager with strong agency background. This vacancy if for an innovative market research firm based in the Johannesburg. The functions of this role include the following:

- Sourcing, screening and recruitment of interviewers to conduct our research. Part of the candidate’s initial task will be to approach existing field resources and establish good relationships
- Managing the completion of projects in field within time, quota and budget
- Continuously building and growing the available pool of field resources and upskilling existing researchers to improve abilities and capabilities.
- Working in conjunction with the educator to develop a training curriculum for the training of researchers.
- Training researchers in the use of digital research devices
- Constantly evolving processes and growing people to improve efficiencies and be more innovative.

Requirements:
• Minimum Marketing degree qualification
• No less than 5years experience in a market research agency
• Very strong organization skills
• Must have experience managing people
• Computer literate with strengths in the digital space
