Minimum Requirements.

Qualifications:

¦Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification

Experience:

¦6 months to 1 year sales experience
¦Experience in selling financial services and insurance products will be an added advantage
¦Basic computer literacy

Job Specification.

¦Promote and seek out new clients and generate lists of prospective clients
¦Leads Generation – ensure set targets are achieved daily
¦Sales Generation – ensure that set targets are achieved and ensuring that quality of leads and sales by achieving the required right party contract (RPC)
¦Selling one or more types of financial services and insurance products
¦Attending and participating in meetings and sales hurdles
¦Calculating premiums and providing payment plans
¦Explain features, benefits and exclusions of various policies to promote sale of financial services and insurance plans
¦Adhere to the non-advice selling process by ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and business process/procedures
