Our client, a large organization in the retail/ supply chain industry is seeking a Field Sales Agent to join their team.

Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of a Field Service Agent include, but are not exclusive to:
Support the Internal Sales Agents in reaching sales performance objectives of the designated area through:
Building relationships, providing the relevant support, to a sufficient number of Consultants per Month in order to assist in achieving the relevant KPI's including but not exclusive to- New Consultant count, Field Activity, Increased Consultant count, Increased Average Spend & Sales
Ensuring that existing resources (human & financial) are managed appropriately to optimise performance within the Area.
Handle inbound calls for potential consultants who want to join T.C
Register new consultants
Send welcome sms
Capture accurate data e.g. New reference numbers, banking details
Meet daily call targets
Update field details
Follow up on all Face Book leads
Batch counting of application forms and filing
Channel consultant queries on rebates & ensure these are resolved within 48 hours
Answer product related questions
Responsible for the safe keeping of relevant documents
Gather, compile & report on accurate field information when requested to do by the business.
Compile & ensure deployment of all relevant sms communication (this is to be signed off by the Head of Internal sales or a similar authority)
To head up or take part in any Special Projects that may be implemented by the business.
At all times - communicate any concerns raised by the field & where possible detail possible solutions to be implemented.
