Field Sales Manager

This group are committed to increasing sales and distribution into the franchise stores.
This requires an enormous amount of energy , along with a can do attitude.

The ideal candidate will be required to do the following:
Motivate and inspire, manage and inspect a field sales team.
Work in the trade with the sales team to achieve daily targets.
Take responsibility for the outsourced sales and merchandising team.
Analysis of stores and route lists ensuring we have full availability of our products in the trade.

We would like someone with the following attributes:
Has good sales management experience with a solid track record.
Is able to influence people to get things done
Understands the workings of PnP, OK foods and Spar.
Has good attention to detail
Can work under pressure and understands that the sales target has to be achieved.
