Roles and Responsibilities

Key requirements.
• Supply excellent service and support to customers
• Excellent turnaround time
• Maintain excellent customer relations
• Maintain spares stock
• Elicit and pass on sales leads from customers
• Plan and manage customer visits
• Perform necessary administration
• Attend necessary training
• Present training to customers where required
• Be prepared to work overtime and on weekends when necessary

Skill Set
• Engineering Degree/Diploma;
• Troubleshooting logic and ability;
• Computer skills specifically MS Office essential;
• 2 years related experience as a Clinical laboratory Equipment Technician to acquire competency in applying chemistry, histology, and haematology principles.
• Be prepared to travel
• Have own transport
