Field Service Engineer – Johannesburg

Key responsibilities:

· As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance of all clinical related equipment per manufacturer’s specifications.
· Interaction with all staff regarding medical equipment
· Interaction with Clinical Engineering Technician Assistants (CETAs) and Clinical Technologists on technical issues related to clinical equipment.
· Reporting on equipment to the Technical Services Manager
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

As a Field Service Engineer you should have a Clinical Engineering diploma
Experience in service of medical equipment.

Preferred requirements:

• As a Field Service Engineer you should live in the Johannesburg area
• Familiar with the Occupational Health & Safety- and Health Act regulations

Other skills:

• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and according to deadlines
• Computer literacy
