The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
? To attend to any queries or requests as received from CRM agents, onsite at the customer’s premises, including but not limited to:
o Delivery of stock or spares
o Value added sales and marketing activities

? Time management
o Adhering to working hours, including weekend duty hours if required

? Maintain tools of trade
o Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy and clean at all times.
o Maintain company standard in regards to any company supplied or funded equipment including cellphones and tablets.

? Stock management
o Follow the correct procedures for booking out and returning devices within the specified times
o Ensure that all stock is booked in before the month end stock take.

? Admin
o Complete all paperwork as required by the company and deliver said paperwork timeously.
o Keep a detailed logbook of all business related travel.

? Follow Field Policy and Procedures in regards to vehicle usage, cellphone usage, petrol card and Tools of trade

In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:
? Matric or NTC 3 Electronics Certificate
? Must have a valid driver’s license
? Ability to work over weekends, standby and overtime from time to time
? English written and verbal proficiency
? Min 1 year Customer Service experience
? Comfortable to work in rural and remote areas
? Able to work extended hours and perform weekend duties when required

? Good time management skills
