The Human Factor Hospitality Recruitment is now searching for a Filed Services Consultant for an ever growing restaurant group which has become synonymous with truly traditional Italian food. They are a well-established brand with stores all over the country.

They are now looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to take on the position of field services consultant. You will be working closely with new and existing Franchise owners in striving to maintain the high standards set by the restaurant group

This is a young and high energy team and you must be willing to work a six day week in a fast-paced environment. You would be travelling to stores in Johannesburg and Pretoria from a Sandton-based head office.

What are the key responsibilities of the position?
Assist franchisees to run successful businesses by ensuring that brand standards are maintained in stores
Assist franchisees in maximizing the potential of their stores
Store visits and report back to owners and managers. Being the link between head office and the store/franchisee
Set up of new stores. Training new franchisees and staff
Store problem resolution
Ensure the complete satisfaction of the franchisees
What type of experience do we require?
Restaurant management experience in a franchise or independent restaurant environment, having been involved in all aspects of the business
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Which qualifications will secure this position?
Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management Qualification
Any additional F&B directed courses a plus
Matric
Driver’s license essential
