We are urgently looking for a Field supervisor to join our dynamic team in the North Coast of KZN in Richards Bay. The ideal candidate must meet the set criteria below:

Responsibilities
• Planning work schedules for the drivers together with Plant manager
• Directs drivers and delegates duties ensuring that they work in accordance with client requirements
• Inspects the scope of work detailed by the client prior to starting any job and recommend the best equipment
• Ensures all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting job.

• Conducts weekly inspections on site to monitor drivers as well as to inspect the condition of the machines
• Ensure the team meets its onjcetivies and set targets
• Managing all complaint s and ensuring that there are resolved
• Report to Management of personnel and work-flow issues challenges
• Completes all appropriate paperwork including service receipts, and submits to designated administrators
• Train the drivers and operators on-the-job in equipment operation, daily inspections , fuel control and necessary paperwork.

Requirements
• + 5 years work experience in a workshop, plant hire environment with +3 years supervisory experience
• Sound knowledge in workshop and logistics
• Any relevant Qualification
• Strong computer skills
• Traceable references
• Drivers licence (will be expected to visit sites daily)
