Our client in Cape Town is looking for a File Director Support Technician

Under the direct supervision of the Solutions Manager, the Solutions Engineer is responsible for maintaining EDMS (Electronic Document Management Solutions) at various clients

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installation of software and hardware
• To provide client training on the solution provided for client
• To assist sales staff on client requirements and solutions


REQUIREMENTS
• Must be able to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites.
• Must possess strong communication skills..
• Microsoft Windows Server Knowledge
• IIS knowledge (Internet Information Services)
• SQL DB administration knowledge
• MCSE preferable (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
• A valid driver’s license is a requirement.

Must have a car.
