A vacancy has become available with one of our clients. Your duties & responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general office duties such as typing and sorting mail
• Gather materials to be filed from departments and employees
• Filing, scanning and faxing documents
• Organizing and storing hard copies as well as softcopies and keeping logs thereof (Either Manual or Computerised)
• Assign and record or stamp identification numbers or codes in order to index materials for filing
• Keep records of materials filed or removed

Requirements

• Grade 12
• Computer literate (MS Office, E mail)
• Typing skills
• At least 1 year previous experience working with office machinery (Printers, scanners and faxes)
• Must be well organised and good at keeping records
• Good administration skills
• Excellent communication skills

Working hours: Monday – Friday. 08:00 – 16:30
