R10 000 CTC per month. New and growing company has a vacancy for a Finance Administration Clerk. 3 month contract with the view of permanency. Must have a completed or studying towards a qualification in finance/accounts together with a min of 2 years accounts/bookkeeping experience. Pastel experience is required.

Duties:
Maintaining general ledgers
Invoices
Back up reports for cheque batches
Accounts receivable and payable
Debtors/creditors
Financial reports - monthly
Order office supplies
Prepare purchase orders
Travel claims, advances and expenses
Other financial duties as required

Age: 25 - 35 years
