We require a Finance/Admin Manager to manage a team at our Saldanha branch.

Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification and relevant experience
Highly computer literate-knowledge and experience of the MS Office Suite and Accpac systems is essential with an above average spreadsheet knowledge
Auditing experience a recommendation
Sound knowledge and proven experience of forecasting, financial budgets etc
Ability to analyse and to formulate reports
Important experience includes risk control, financial control (budgeting, monitoring of expenditure etc),
An ability to implement internal controls/auditing for Finance/ Admin systems; and manage them
Assertiveness and strong supervisory skills are further important necessary attributes
Visible initiative and drive together with flexibility are key attributes required
An ability to work independently under pressure according to strict deadlines is imperative
Further critical attributes include a meticulous approach, attention to detail and a high level of conscientiousness
Excellent communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Available to work flexible hours

Objectives
To effectively manage and maintain the financial and administrative systems, procedures and controls the Transport Division, which include preparation of annual budget, weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts ; (Management support service)
Financial management of operation ; revenue recovery
Purchasing administration
Debtors management
Variance reports
Profitability reports
Petty cash management
Management and development of staff
