Description
The purpose of this role is to provide effective support to the general office administration and work flow, secretarial support as required, receive all incoming office calls and greet various parties as they enter the office.

Reception

Manage, screen and route calls
Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages
Receive and distribute mail correspondence
Process daily outgoing mail/emails, retrieve incoming mail/emails, including opening, stamping and sorting as required
Greet all visitors by offering refreshments, inform the appropriate staff of their arrival
Assist with catering for meetings
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of offices, boardroom, ensuring refreshments are available for clients and guests
Effective diary management;
Assisting the Directors
Office Administration

All filing, database functions and other ad hoc duties;
Monitoring office operations and assisting with office related queries;
Track office supply inventory and orders:
stationery, kitchen/ grocery stock, couriering, obtaining quotes, placing orders etc;
Ensuring all other general administration is processed accurately and timorously;

Non Negotiable Job Requirements:

Grade 12

2 years working experience

Experience with email and Microsoft Office ie: excel programs & pastal

Driver’s license

Bilingual advantageous
