A vacancy exists in Sandton (possible move to Centurion) for a Finance Administrator. Responsible for processing and preparation of weekly customer refund batches, preparation of quotes and pro-forma invoices on a day to day basis and assistance with monthly invoicing.
Minimum requirements (Qualifications & experience)
- Matric with at least two years’ financial admin related experience.
- Certificates, diplomas or a degree in finance or credit control will be beneficial.
Core Responsibilities
- Preparing weekly refund batches for payment which includes communication with customers and branches, regional managers for approval, preparing documentation, loading payments on the bank and processing admin fee invoices;
- Preparation of quotes and pro-forma invoices for customers/potential customers based on email and phone call requests via the call centre;
- Performing invoicing for selected customers on a monthly basis within the control environment of the company;
- Other general finance admin tasks which are assigned on an ad hoc basis.
