Position: Finance Administrator

We’re on the lookout for a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team at our Oude Westhof branch. We are a close knit, hard-working and dedicated group and we need a Finance Administrator to help make things run even smoother.
Your purpose would be to provide administrative support to the team related to specified debtors, creditors, traffic fine administration and other ad hoc tasks within the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Do accurate, complete and timeous invoicing for relevant department(s)
• Reconcile and process receipts form bank statement
• Follow up on overdue amounts to ensure payments are received promptly
• Attend to invoicing queries
• Prepare paragraph schedules and ageing reports on outstanding debtors
• Send monthly statements to clients
• Process creditor payments from bank statement
• Maintain debtors filing system
• Fleet traffic fine administration
• Process 3G Data requests

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric/Grade 12 with Maths and Accounting
• Relevant accounting qualification would be advantageous
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Debtors Clerk or similar position
• Experience working on a well-known accounting package (preferably ERP system)
