Westvaal Group, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as well as Gauteng, requires a suitable candidate for the newly created position of Finance and Insurance consultant in Volkswagen Mahikeng.
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Create and implement customer enthusiasm and owner loyalty strategies ensuring excellent customer service levels and therefore a high Customer Satisfaction Index;
• Create and implement strategies to cultivate sales of extended warranties and aftermarket products
• Offer financial alternatives consistent with the market, customer needs and wants.
• Complete paperwork to ensure compliance with government regulations
• Create relationships with internal departments and external resources
Requirements:
? Grade 12 with Maths & Economics, FAIS 1, 2 and FAIS 3 or credits of 120 in a Financial management course or degree as well as a NCR accreditation;
? Certificate of compliance in terms of RE exam is compulsory
? A minimum of 3 years relevant financial experience;
? Self-driven abilities coupled with Leadership, Integrity, Analysis and Problem Solving abilities will ensure further suitability.
? Application of Financial & Product Policies & Procedures, Business System, Marketing, Computer Knowledge, Financial analysis and Customer handling Knowledge; and
