Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant Tertiary qualification a plus
Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role, preferably gained within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Cash up of all truck deliveries, reconciled, banked and (As per the SOP)
Price claims
Ensuring all invoices are filed.
Keeping a daily POD listing – making sure we receive all signed POD’s from customers.
Up-to-date Filing is maintained.
Archiving of old documents through.
Reconciling Petty Cash and keeping it up to date, sending it to Creditors clerk to process the Monday after Month end. Needs to be available for spot checks at all time.
Do the necessary investigations and provide feedback to outstanding COD customers.
Assisting the HO Debtors team with debt collection, when required.
Assist HO with tracking of outstanding credit notes and reporting to HO on a weekly basis.
Compiling and the sending the supporting documentation for all payments made at the JHB Branch, including local suppliers, vehicle fines & registrations that have been paid.
Office service provider management.. Report any service failures to HO.
Office consumable replenishment optimally avoiding fruitless and wasteful expenditure e.g. Stationery, Cleaning consumables
