The Company is currently recruiting a talented and motivated student or junior professional, to join their Finance Department

Availability: Immediate
Duration: 6 months
Duties will include but not limited to:

- Produce weekly reports on outstanding invoices for clients travelling within 30 days
- Update the list of supplier invoices to be received, according to payment arrangements and client’s travel date
- Assist with supplier statements reconciliation
- Produce clients’ statements for outstanding invoices
- Assist with capturing of bank statement transactions and bank reconciliation

- Studies in Accounting/Finance
- Computer literate
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Trustworthy
- Well organised and flexible
