Qualification:

CA(SA) / ACMA / Strategic level CIMA



Skills & Experience:

Manufacturing industry exposure- non negotiable

Strong operational finance experience

Experience in warehousing, inventory management and logistics

Experience in putting together Board and Exco presentations

Advanced Excel for big data analysis

Strong Microsoft Word and PowerPoint presentation skills

Ability to translate numbers into graphs

Previous exposure in reviewing contractual agreements in order to ensure compliance

The need and ability to influence change and influence others

A self-starter



Job Description:

This position will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Financial reporting

Stakeholder management

Review financial results

Budgeting and Forecasting and Variance Analysis

Inventory Management



The purpose of this role is to provide finance support to operations, as well as a forward-looking view of the business; to facilitate change in various departments through secure financial analysis, understanding and interpretation; to take full responsibility for inventory in the group including making sure there are no stock losses or wastages and that the overall inventory holding is within the working capital requirements of the respective businesses; and to ensure effective running of the inventory through effective and appropriate internal controls.
