Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Finance Clerk for a 6 month temporary contract at a luxury hotel based in Sandton. The main purpose of the Finance Clerk is to assist with the processing of creditors, payments, bank statements and debtors. The chosen candidate should have full debtors and creditors experience and knowledge. The main focus will be on creditors.Key Responsibilities will include:Full creditors functionsCapturing suppliers invoices & adjustmentsHandle all queriesReconcile creditors on a monthly basisFiling & archiving of creditorsEnsure invoices are properly authorized in accordance with levels of authority.Creating payments on internet banking.Capturing supplier payments on Pastel.Ensure all invoices have purchase orders and 3 quotes attached.Key Requirements for the role:English proficiency (Essential)Computer literacy of Windows, MS Word and ExcelExcellent professional work standardAbility to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize.Problem solving skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent communication skills on all levels3 years Creditors and Debtors experienceSalary on offer between R8,000 – R12,000 per month.
