Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• Credit and Criminal clear
• MS Office, 1 years + exp.
• Financial qualification.
• Valid Driver’s licence
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi task.
• Able to work independently
• Able to communicate across all levels of the organisation

Responsibilities:

• General Ledger Entries and Corrections
• Reporting Journals (VIP,VAT etc.)
• Clearing of General Ledger control accounts (Salary Advances, AOD’s ,Fines )
• Cashbook transactions
• Perform bank reconciliations (foreign and local)
• Ensure compliance to policies
• File, store and retrieve all financial documents
• Reconciliation of intercompany loan accounts
• Revenue Recognition
• Petty Cash reconciliation
• Extracting of Reports
• Draft written responses to queries, request for input from various role players
• Resolve queries related to financial transactions
• Assist with Annual and Half-annual audits
• Capture provisions
• Working knowledge of Debtors & Creditors
• Company insurance claims
