•Monitors performance against SOPs and KPIs and analyses material variances to detect the cause and implement corrective actions, with regular reports to management compliance committee.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors Degree in Commerce & or Accounting
• Professional Qualification in accounting like CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA ideally also in Auditing
• Professional experience in Auditing and Compliance management
• Minimum 5 years work experience in managing an audit/compliance/cost control function in a service organization
