We are urgently looking for a Finance Coordinator in Midrand with the following.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Ensure that the diary of the Executive Manager and Financial Manager is effectively and accurately managed.

Design and co-ordinate templates for various finance needs such as (minutes/ notes/ monthly progress reports/research documents/action list) and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.

Arrange all travel requirements for the Finance team, service providers and other stakeholders as required.

Draft and communicate relevant correspondence.

Collate and consolidate portfolio of evidence for CFO’s scorecard.

General ordering of stationery.

Co-ordinate and consolidate the various inputs of the finance programme into workable documents/ reports.

Compile and distribute weekly schedules for CFO.

Collect, check and co-ordinate finance team invoices of service providers for submission for authorization.

Keep accurate records.

Managing bank correspondence.

Managing of the purchase cards.

Handle telephonic and fax enquiries.

Central point of contact for the department.

Update and maintain a central contact database.

Provide administrative support to the Finance department.

Ensure implementation of comments on audit report and follow-up on shortcomings in internal procedures.

Receive and collate audit finding action plans from team members.

Co-ordinate and submit final audit findings proposals to CFO.

Compile, maintain and implement filing system according to the National Archives and Records Service (NARS) Act.

Ensure compliance to Productivity SA’s management requirements in terms of documentation control through auditing.

Create and maintain Finance departments Records Management system.

Training staff in terms of Document Management.

Check if the acquisitions have been properly tagged.

Compile MBU summary for CFO presentation to EXCO.

Ensure that the 5’s are adhered to within the Finance team.

Ability to provide a fully-fledged secretarial function.

? To be computer literate on all Microsoft Packages.

Minimum Requirements :

Matric.

? Relevant Secretarial / Administrative Qualification.

? Advanced MS Office packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

? Advances Business writing and Report writing.

? Minimum 5-7 years as a senior secretary and Office Administrator / Co-Ordinator.

? A matured person.

? Able to work under pressure.

? Target driven.

? Self starter.
