Job Description:

Responsible for managing the company’s finance function

Forecasting and budget preparation

Implement and manage the company’s corporate governance function

Prepare business models

Cost-benefit evaluations

Oversee the capital structure of the company

Improve processing efficiencies

Treasury function

Ensure Service Level Agreements are in place

Monitor exchange rates

Negotiate for better payment terms and settlement discounts

Be a member of the company’s Executive Committee

Coach and motivate department heads
