Job Requirements

1. Purpose of the job:
• Reconciliation of specified debtors accounts
• Processing of Franchise Recharge and Royalty invoices and credit notes
• Assist with ensuring the accuracy of fitment center reporting.
• Assist with the Reconciliations of Divisional General Ledger accounts
• Assist with Support Centre Accounting functions

2. Accountabilities
• Liaison with fitment centres and customers regarding administration issues on the specified debtors accounts
• Processing of all Franchise AR invoices and Credit Notes
• Liaison with the Franchise Department on the franchise invoicing
• Processing all month-end transactions relating to fitment centres including Accruals.
• Reviews opstats and make any necessary adjustments.
• Liaison with fitment centres regarding administration issues.

3. Knowledge Required:
• Reconciliation of debtors accounts
• Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
• Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience with, spreadsheets, preferably Excel.

4. Thinking Requirements and Work Complexity:
• Problems solving abilities.
• Good Communication skills.
• Accurate with figures.
• Ability to operate independently.
