My client is looking for a BComm Honours Graduate with a minimum of 3 - 5 years sound Corporate and Investment Banking experience.
The Overall Job purpose is as follows:
Planning and co-ordination of the monthly and quartely reporting process to ensure the appropriate level of information is captured to comply with all external and internal reporting requirements
Reporting on all Business Unit activities (Equities, Treasury and Investment Banking)
Ensuring that all systems comply with Internal and External Audit requirements.
Ensure that all systems and reporting is synchronized
Responsible for building and maintenance of Activity Based Costing model for the support divisions
Compile monthly and annual processes and timelines
Monthly Reporting and Volume Analysis
Adhoc Reporting and Analysis
Review of Income Statements and other MIS information
Responsible for developing strategic Costing Models and Product Profitability reports for the various clusters in the bank
These clusters include Capital, Corporate, Business Banking and Retail Banking
Responsible for scrutinizing the Budget for the respective financial year and providing a report based on Actual’s for the previous years
Responsible for comparing the budget results to the rates as calculated
Duties include presentation of strategic feedback with regards to new and efficient methods of profit maximization
Evaluate profit plans, operating records and financial statements
