Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ commercial experience

Exposure to the insurance industry, advantageous

Minimum of one-year managerial experience

IFRS knowledge up to date



Job Description:

Actively manage the day-to-day compliance, risk and financial management of the company’s operations.

Ensure to monitor and develop the control systems of the company.

Provide the coordination, reviewing and submission of monthly management accounts.

Focus on the coordination of all audit activities to ensure all information is accurate

Ensure to develop and manage all direct staff.

Hands on development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation.

Ensure to provide accurate timely reporting on financial activity of individual projects.

Provide the development and implementation of payment and cash flow policies.

Actively act as the soundboard for the business development teams

Ensure to facilitate the annual statutory audits.
