JOB DESCRIPTION: FINANCE MANAGER
Position Description
1. Finance and administration
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in compliance with local and corporate ruled
• Ensure internal control and implement related corporate guidelines
• Ensure compliance with external regulations (SOX Compliance)
• Organize & coordinate the budget and R&O process
• Propose and implement pro-actively ways to improve profitability and optimize cash generation
• Provide financial analysis and forecasts to support business decisions
• Work with CFO to identify potential risks for local operations and propose action plans
• Consolidation exposure essential
• Ensure financial team follows company policies and regulations
• Generate financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts to ensure cash flow requirements are met
• Work with Procurement to understand and forecast buying patterns
• Manage Ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Tax responsibility for all related companies
• Perform other duties assigned by the CFO

2. PROFILE OF CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate must be able to display the following attributes;
• Bachelor of Commerce or related with 2-3 years post articles/ Commercial experience
• Knowledge of local accounting legislation, IFRS, US GAAP will be an advantage
• Advanced levels in the use of MSExel
• Detail oriented, rigorous, hands-on
• Management skills
• Ability to manage confidential information
• Good communication and interpersonal/cross-cultural skills, ability to build a strong corporate network
