Monthly management accounts

Staff Management

General Manager Duties:
HR functions
Heading up MANCO's
Facilitate various business unit weekly meetings
Putting processes and procedures in place across business units
Facilitate smooth transition of functions between different business units
Putting necessary systems in place for smooth business operations
Strategic planning of business
People management
