RedCat Recruitment is seeking a FINANCE MANAGER (HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY). Position available in JOHANNESBURG (NORTH).


JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS

Matric is a minimum requirement, further qualification a definite advantage

At least 5 years’ working experience in the hospitality field.

5 years management experience - ability to manage employees in line with relevant employment legislations as well as promote job satisfaction

Experience compiling financial reports

Experience interpreting financial accounts

Experience in writing departmental policies and procedures

Ability to communicate financial information accurately on high levels to senior management

Knowledge of relevant legislation / regulations

Highly computer literate, proficient in relevant software packages (Sage VIP) and applications

Sound business acumen
