My client, a leading ICT company with a national footprint, seeks to employ an experienced Financial Manager with previous experience in an ICT environment. The role is both operational and strategic in its function and the successful incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the overall activity of the finance department, setting goals and objectives, leading a finance team, working closely with a large project team and reporting directly to the CEO.

Position start date - January 2017.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager, specifically within an ICT environment
• Extensive understanding of financial trends
• Pastel Accounting Software; MS Project; VIP
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Professional qualification will be considered advantageous
• Experience with Project related Financial Management
