a Well established Group is looking for a Finance Manager - Investment.

Must have the following:

Qualified Chartered Accountant - SAICA
Business Investment Accounting within Group holding Company
Specialised Experience in Financial Management

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the divisions financial performance, investments and other business ventures within the area of responsibility
2. Demonstrate experience in developing strategic and business plans are essential
3. Proactively driving finance strategy and leading the local and central Finance teams
4. Compliance with local tax and accounting regulations including transfer pricing
5. Managing liquidity and cash flows and providing the required reporting to the boar and shareholders
6. Formulation of financial targets and budgets
7. Proactively driving finance strategy and leading the local and central Finance teams
