Ensure Barloworld reporting deadlines are met
Present final management accounts to upward reporting structures
Budgets
Manage and facilitate annual budget process within agreed deadlines
Manage and facilitate quarterly rolling plans (plan 0 to 3)
Provide updated monthly forecasts to BU
People leadership, management and development
Drive employee performance and goal alignment through the use of scorecards and performance appraisals
Prepare IDP’s for employees
Coach and train employees to support their development process and knowledge transfer
Develop career paths and succession plans
Provide guidance and direction to the team
