My client in Cape Town (City Bowl) is seeking a dynamic, confident and well spoken Finance Marketing Assistant to join their team.

Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm (HIGHLY FLEXIBLE)

Key Responsibilities:

Administration
Marketing and Networking on Social Media
Invoicing
Data Capturing
Accompany Tax Advisor when meeting clients
Building client relationships
Diary Management

Requirements:

Matric
Accounting background an advantage
Knowledge of SARS e-filing
Debtors/Creditors experience
ADVANCED Pastel skills
Computer literate (MS Office)
Can meet deadlines
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Ability to work independent
Excellent Negotiating skills (you will be trained to close deals)
