Job Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Finance Office Administrator is to Process and Prepare financial information for the company for month end reporting, Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets, ensure all calculations and data entries are accurate

Our successful Finance Office Administrators’ Key Responsibilities ….

Finance Office administration:

• Dealing with Finance office telephone and email enquiries
• Creating and maintaining Finance filing system
• Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment inventory
• Provide accurate and timely reports
• Perform other related duties as required
Financial Accounting and Payroll:

• Capturing of customers and suppliers Invoices in to Sage accounting 1 and following up on payments.
• Processing Cashbook.
• Accounts payable control and reconciliation
• Accounts receivable control and reconciliation
• Petty cash control
• Assist with Calculating monthly payroll and expenses and preparing payslips.
• Monthly budget update with actuals
• Assist in Tracking costs and revenues at Project/Department and Head office.
Systems and procedures:

• Assist in putting administration and finance systems in place that can be standardised and implemented at head office and satellite offices
• Assist in Creating a reporting system for admin and finance at satellite offices to align with processes and procedures at the head office
• Assist in developing and implementing a quality management system to ensure that standard processes and procedures are implemented and followed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management/ Accounting or Equivalent
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Ability to work on Sage 1 Accounting Software and Sage 1 Payroll

• Ability to analyse financial statements and other financial information
