Our client is seeking an accounting manager

Duties
Accounting and basic Human Resources duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
assisting with management of financial reporting
general accounting functions of the company and ensuring that all documentation complies.

Financial management activities:
• Proficient in Pastel
• Pricing
• Invoicing
• Sourcing quotations/suppliers
• Monthly and other payments via internet (both local and international)
• VAT payments and management
• Cost analyses
• Debt collection
• Provision of monthly management reports and other financial reports
• Coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.

Requirements
• Excellent analytic, problem solving and multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of human resources, internal control procedures and general ledger.
• Must be results oriented with strong accounting and financial skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Pastel accounting or any other accounting package.
• Ability to work in a team environment with various levels of staff.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clear credit and criminal record.
