Core Purpose
General project admin including Billing & Collections, assisting Project Leaders and Managers with Revenue Reporting, financial admin, maintenance of QMS, assisting GM with business planning, Forecasting and Management Reporting, and general secretarial requirements.

Minimum Requirements
•National Diploma Office Administration/Business Management or equivalent
•Advanced proficiency in MS Office
•At least 3 years experience in project administration or similar
•Experience in preparation of proposals would be an advantage
•Prior experience in working with QMS an advantage
Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in an engineering environment before
•Knowledge of French would be beneficial
•Willingness and ability to travel to neighboring countries about 4 times per annum
