Requirements:
• Matric
• Relevant Tertiary degree / Diploma to min level Accounting 3
• Cash Book recon experience – at least 3 years
• Analytical Skills
• Ability to work long hours over pressurised times during the month.
• Debtors experience - full function: - at least 5 years
• Must have good understanding of the debtors process from billing process,
reporting and distribution
• Management of the MiS / Pulse system
• Good communication skills - able to deal with difficult customers
• Advanced excel skills
• Good overall reconciliation skills
• Coordinating the standardisation of business processes
• The ability to constantly strive to improve efficiencies and procedures.

Duties:
• Check & Sign off Cash Book Recons
• Manage full Debtors Function - (invoicing, statements, queries, age analysis). Ageing benchmark is <10% of billing
• Resolve high level customer queries and manage the team to ensure that they provide quality customer service
• Communicating with the Admin teams
• Compile age analysis & distribute reports revenue, ticket reports, - query outstanding amounts and follow up
• Create & Check the monthly reports using knowledge of the administrative & auditing function to ensure that the revenue per site are 100% accurate to the IP documents, MIS system and rent letters.
• Process invoices per site. Allocate as rental debtor where necessary
• Manage the maintenance contracts
• Log calls for the operations managers’ sites
• Reporting for General Ledger - weekly and month end
• Manage voucher sales and reconciliations
• Manage Deposit refund function
• Management experience in similar demanding administrative environment
