What will you be responsible for:

This role focuses on driving all organizational effectiveness initiatives across the Finance Division. It is accountable for the Group Transformation strategy execution, ensuring smooth transition to the new operating model and building a culture that supports sustainable transformation

What will you be doing on a day to day basis:

  • Support the design organization structures according to best practices which will support business and strategic goals of the VE Group.
  • Work with the Finance leadership executive team to internalize, adopt and align to the behaviors and practices through a systemic and holistic transformation plan
  • Support Finance Division where organizational design work is required especially with requisite design principles.
  • Facilitate change management discussions with senior Finance leaders involved to successfully implement change initiatives.
  • Develop, train and implement an organization design Toolkit for Finance professionals across the VE Group.
  • Partner with Executive leadership to manage key business change initiatives.
  • Deliver and manage HR operational requirements of the transformation project in partnership with the project team in line with the strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and placement of VE Finance roles.
  • Design and deploy an exit strategy in line with company policy and procedures.
  • Liaise with the business HR teams, IT team and business process owners to optimize processes and obtain sign offs.
  • Ensure the quality, completeness and accuracy of the processes documentation.
  • Provide subject matter advice of HR to the Finance Community.
  • Plan and coordinate all migration activities including all pre-migration, migration and post-migration activities of the new model vs old model.
  • Monitor the progress of migration and secure proper knowledge transfer.
  • Capture the change management impact and feed this into the change plan.
  • Drives successful execution of HR Programs and processes, managing multiple priorities concurrently through strong project management, systems knowledge, and effective communications
  • Actively identify and mitigate risks related to processes planned for migration and overall project.
  • Manage the work transitions into the shared service centre and support embedment of agreed processes in the business.
  • Build and Maintain stakeholder relationships with Business Leadership and Employees.
  • Champion and enable effective cross-functional working relationships to create and drive an integrated experience.
  • Provide input to strategic planning of Finance operations and transformation

Inherent requirements which we need to read about in your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in HR
  • 8 - 10 years’ experience in HR Specialist/Generalist function
  • Proven track record in managing business transformation
  • Knowledge of Change management and Organizational effectiveness
  • Business Acumen
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
