URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR 6 MONTH CONTRACT
MUST HAVE PREV EXP IN EPCM ENVIROMENT
Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain general ledger records pertaining to cashbooks, provisions, inter-company loans etc for 4 companies.
2. Books to trial balance.
3. Verify, allocate and post details of business transactions to journals.
4. Produce management accounts to balance sheet stage.
5. Debtors invoicing and age analysis for 3 companies
6. Sign off on creditors recons and oversee the age analysis. Involved in loading of creditor payments.
7. Maintain fixed asset registers and do monthly depreciation entries
8. Statutory returns & payments(refunds)
9. Ensure correct & complete overheads
10. Various adhoc tasks that might be required from time to time.
Critical Competencies:

Education:
1. A completed high school education.
2. A BCom degree, preferable, but not required.

Experience:
1. 3-5 years’ accounting experience.

Technical:
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
