Budgets

Control fixed assets register

Review, analyze and query the monthly stock count result

Commission’s calculations

Journals

Management Accounts

Assist with the daily cashbook entries as well as with wages and general payments on request

Liaise with auditing firm at year-end

Implement medium and short term plans to ensure the company’s goals and objectives are met

Contribute towards Managing Director’s report by reporting on finance and financial legislative changes

Develop a reporting system that will facilitate good information flow to all levels of the operation, and develop an understanding of key performance parameters
