Qualification:

BCom/BTech (Acc Major)

Relevant Experience within a Finance environment

MS & SAP competent

Excellent English Commination Skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Skills & Experience:

Manage Month end Procedures including; Reconciliation of Bank Sheet Accounts, Preparation of VAT and Post Journal entries on SAP

Daily Verification and Release of Payments

Interact with Internal and External Stakeholders

Manage and Maintain FEC book and Fixed Asset Register

Reconcile Intercompany Accounts, Balance Sheets and various Control Systems

Maintain General Ledger and ensure Accurate Preparation of Trial Balance

Evaluate and Improve Department Controls

Assist with Year – End and Audits

Job Description:

Requires a highly competent Accountant who is cable of working under pressure in a deadline driven environment for a well renowned company. This is a temporary job with a 6 month contract and requires an immediate start/ 2 week notice period.
